The blooms are a soft pink color with clear yellow to lime-green throats. The form is full and round, with tiny ruffles. The substance and color are very sunfast, opening early and lasting late into the night. The well-branched, recurrent scapes are strong and produce many blooms over a long period.Named for the Russian hero, "killed for his fight in favour of a free and democratic Russia".
